What You’ll Be Doing Helping clients find the best personal insurance solutions for their needs—think home, auto, and tenant insurance. Providing quotes, processing policy changes, and handling renewals like a pro. Answering client questions with confidence and a smile. Spotting opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to better protect our clients. Keeping client records up-to-date and accurate (because details matter). Staying in the loop with industry trends and regulations. Working closely with underwriters and insurance partners to get the best deals for our clients. What You Bring to the Table Insurance broker license (or willing to get licensed, don’t worry, we can help). Some experience in personal lines insurance is a plus, but if you’re a quick learner with a great attitude, we want to hear from you Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills.
