The Mortgage Broker Administrator is responsible for the managing and coordinating the administrative processes involved at the post approval stage. This role ensures all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with regulatory and organizational standards. Working closely with underwriters, brokers and internal departments, the Mortgage Broker Administrator supports the mortgage process after approval to disbursement and account set up.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
1. Loan Application Process

- Efficient and accurate data entry and documentation of mortgage documents.
- Ensures all required forms and supporting documents are complete and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
- Provides updates to brokers and lawyers with respect to documentation and activation.

2. Document Management

- Maintains organized records of all mortgage-related documents.
- Verifies the accuracy and completeness of all loan documents before submission to brokers and lawyers.

3. Post-Approval Administration

- Monitors disbursement processes and ensure proper setup of mortgage accounts.
- Handles post-approval documentation and respond to any outstanding broker or lawyer queries.

- Advanced attention to detail
- Proficient in communication skills (oral, written)
- Proficient knowledge of products and services
- Proficient knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory environment
- Proficient critical thinking, decision making and ability to exercise sound judgement
- Working knowledge of sales, promotion and referrals
- Working knowledge of wealth management practices
