What You'll Be Doing

  • Helping clients find the best personal insurance solutions for their needs—think home, auto, and tenant insurance.
  • Providing quotes, processing policy changes, and handling renewals like a pro.
  • Answering client questions with confidence and a smile.
  • Spotting opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to better protect our clients.
  • Keeping client records up-to-date and accurate (because details matter).
  • Staying in the loop with industry trends and regulations.
  • Working closely with underwriters and insurance partners to get the best deals for our clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Insurance broker license
    (or willing to get licensed, don't worry, we can help).
  • Some experience in personal lines insurance is a plus, but if you're a quick learner with a great attitude, we want to hear from you
  • Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and sales.
