Company Description Advanced Framing Solutions Ltd provides construction services throughout BC with primary focus on the Lower Mainland market. We provide wood framing services with off site manufacturing to an array of different projects with our primary focus on multi-family condo type structures. This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Maple Ridge, BC. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include managing expediting tasks, overseeing inspections, facilitating logistics management, and optimizing workflows. The Project Manager will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project operations from start to completion. Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication Knowledge of Inspection processes and best practices Expertise in Logistics Management and supply chain coordination Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the construction or framing industry is an asset
