The Recovery & Addictions Clinical Nurse Lead is a RN/RPN who enhances safe service delivery across program areas by providing clinical nursing perspectives and support. They work with Program Managers to develop systems that support clinical practice and provide guidance and mentoring to other RN/RPNs and LPNs. The incumbent ensures day-to-day operations are delivered in accordance with The Bridge's philosophy, policies, and procedures, prioritizing the safety and well-being of those in care. This position provides ongoing clinical & program supervision, performance coaching and evaluation, and participates in agency initiatives and committees. The Clinical Nurse Lead will also be part of a Nursing roster that supports the safe and sustainable operations of the program as a member of Nurse on Call (NOC) for the Withdrawal Management sites (minimum 20 days per month).
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical nursing perspectives and support to each site in partnership with the responsible Program Manager
* Work with Recovery & Addiction Program Managers to develop systems that support clinical practice
* Provide guidance and mentoring to other RN/RPNs and LPNs
* Supervise the clinical practice of staff within the Withdrawal Management Programs
* Participate in agency initiatives and committees

Compensation:
* Grid level Clinical Nurse Lead  45.74 -  53.76 per hour plus applicable shift premiums
* Evening shift premium - additional  3.50 per hour between 1900hr-0700hr
* Weekend shift premium - additional  2.50 per hour between 2400hr (midnight) Friday - 2400hr (midnight) Sunday
* Shift premiums compound - additional  6.00 per hour between 1900hr-0700hr from 2400hr (midnight) Friday - 2400hr (midnight) Sunday

Indirect Compensation:
* Retention Bonus of  3,000 after 1 year return of service requirement and  10,000 after 2nd -year return of service and productive hour requirement
