HCR Personnel Solutions Inc., a leader in the Industrial Temporary Staffing industry, has an immediate opening for a Payroll Administrator / Staffing Consultant to work in our Etobicoke office. This could be the career opportunity you've been looking for Work Setting : In-Person Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:30am-5pm Location Details: Etobicoke Responsibilities: Staffing Consultant - Respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to provide complete customer service. - Receive and review client staffing requirements; coordinate and manage employee schedules to meet client needs. -Accurately enter all required data into the applicant tracking system (ATS) and necessary reports. -Manage all aspects of employee’s work assignment by implementing policies and processes; communicating assignment details, absenteeism, performance management, time off requests, ending of assignments, etc. - Establish strong relationships with clients and employees through effective communication and interpersonal skills. Payroll Administration Enter employee hours worked into the payroll system and process payroll on a weekly basis. Effectively resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure all employee hours are submitted accurately. Prepare and send weekly invoices to clients in a timely manner. Compile, verify, and maintain payroll records and reports for accuracy and compliance. Qualifications: - Minimum completion of Grade 12 or equivalent; post-secondary education in Human Resources is preferred. - 1–2 years of industry experience, though a combination of relevant education and transferable skills will be considered. - Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. - Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities. - Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll software. - Outstanding multitasking skills. - High attention to detail.
