Professional Standards Administrator

Overview
The National Payroll Institute has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to support the Professional Standards Team on a temporary basis starting December 1, 2025, until June 12, 2026.
This position will support the team with two project deliverables that include the Institute's database of courses update and the annual Continuing Professional Education (CPE) call campaign.
What you will be doing:
Program Administration & Member Support
o Research to identify the courses that meet the criteria of the Institute's designation programs education requirement.
o Update the database of courses available on the Institute's website.
o Work with post-secondary institutions to guide them in updating their website and program information related to the Institute's designation programs.
o Conduct follow-up calls to inform designated members about their annual CPE requirements, clarify which activities qualify for credit, and provide guidance on submitting their CPE declarations.
o Track the progress and report on the follow-up calls completed.
o Develop analytics on the CPE Compliance levels.
o Assist with occasional administrative work for the department.
o Respond to emails or phone calls generated in response to follow-up calls.
Some of the qualifications and skills we are looking for include:
o Profiient computer skills/knowledge of MS Office in Windows, including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and various internet tools and research.
o Knowledge of iMIS database is an asset.
o Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
o Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behaviour.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Support role.
o Demonstrated ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency and accountability in achieving results within established timelines
