Parts and Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Parts and Warehouse Coordinator Length: 6- 12 Month Contract Location: Vaughan, ON (5 days in office) Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (work day is 8 hours) Must be available to start ASAP Key Responsibilities: Handle daily shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and materials Maintain and update inventory records using computer-based systems Assist the parts department with preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries Communicate with the service and sales teams regarding parts availability and order status Ensure accurate labeling, stocking, and organization of all warehouse items Operate a forklift and handle material movement safely and efficiently Use inventory or ERP software for tracking and reporting stock levels Support general warehouse and administrative duties as required Qualifications: Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or parts coordination Strong computer literacy (experience with inventory or ERP software preferred) Basic technical understanding of machinery, mechanical parts, or industrial equipment is an asset Valid forklift license or hands-on forklift experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
