Job Title: Parts and Warehouse Coordinator

Length: 6- 12 Month Contract

Location: Vaughan, ON (5 days in office)

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (work day is 8 hours)

Must be available to start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily shipping and receiving of equipment, parts, and materials
- Maintain and update inventory records using computer-based systems
- Assist the parts department with preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries
- Communicate with the service and sales teams regarding parts availability and order status
- Ensure accurate labeling, stocking, and organization of all warehouse items
- Operate a forklift and handle material movement safely and efficiently
- Use inventory or ERP software for tracking and reporting stock levels
- Support general warehouse and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or parts coordination
- Strong computer literacy (experience with inventory or ERP software preferred)
- Basic technical understanding of machinery, mechanical parts, or industrial equipment is an asset
- Valid forklift license or hands-on forklift experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
