About Us: We are an authorized French language testing centre dedicated to providing professional, secure, and high-quality testing services. Our centre serves candidates from diverse backgrounds seeking official French proficiency certification for education, immigration, or employment purposes.. Position Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our test centre. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and fluent in both French and English , with strong administrative and customer service skills. Key Responsibilitie s: Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth test centre operations Assist with candidate registration, sufficing photograph requirement, scheduling, and document verification. Communicate effectively with candidates, and partner organizations in both French and English Provide test-day instructions and guidance to candidates Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information secure at all times. Support test-day operations including candidate check-in, providing test instructions, supervision, and right directions. Respond promptly to email and phone inquiries in a professional manner Prepare and organize materials for testing sessions Assist with other tests as per the need. Qualifications: Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with test administration procedures is beneficial Availability to work on weekends (mandatory); weekdays as needed How to Apply: Please send your resume and a short cover letter outlining your bilingual skills and relevant experience to
