This position is responsible for planning, prioritizing and managing workflow to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate and prioritize projects. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting current business and new business development through developing timelines, tracking and monitoring project status, collaborating and building relationships with internal partners, and continuously optimizing overall project workflow. Develop and maintain Jamieson project timelines, communicating and coordinating tasks based on feedback from key stakeholders • Assist in compiling product information in the development stages on new product proposals • Execution and project management of the Jamieson brand innovation projects, from scoping to launch • Implementation of customer strategies and continuous improvement initiatives • to ensure all key stakeholders are held accountable for their tasks related to project timelines. • Facilitate internal team meetings for customer set up and launches • Project documentation maintenance • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned Post-secondary education in business, science or related field • Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in project management • Excellent time management skills (ability to multitask and manage deadlines and multiple stakeholder demands) • Flexibility & Balance – Flexible work models, and a real respect for your personal time.
