Nous recherchons un(e) Data Analyst pour jouer un rôle central au sein de notre organisation. Vous serez au cœur de la transformation des données financières, de l’évaluation des risques de crédit et de l’analyse précise des tendances du marché. Grâce à votre expertise, vous permettrez à nos équipes de prendre des décisions éclairées en concevant des tableaux de bord complets et des indicateurs de performance clés.


En tant que Data Analyst , vous serez à l’intersection des données et de la prise de décisions.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes des opérations, du marketing et de la technologie pour maximiser le potentiel des données. Vous contribuerez à façonner notre approche publicitaire numérique, à affiner nos campagnes marketing et à optimiser l’engagement client, jouant ainsi un rôle essentiel dans la croissance et le succès de l’entreprise.


Ton quotidien

  • Concevoir, automatiser et maintenir des rapports de performance, tableaux de bord et scorecards pour suivre les indicateurs clés des centres de contact (Collections et Service Client);
  • Produire des rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels pour la direction;
  • Utiliser des outils BI comme Power BI et Tableau pour créer des tableaux de bord accessibles et intuitifs;
  • Garantir l’exactitude des données grâce à des contrôles qualité avant publication;
  • Suivre et analyser les métriques de conformité pour assurer le respect des exigences légales et internes;
  • Fournir des rapports clairs et des recommandations pour réduire les risques et soutenir les audits;
  • Évaluer l’efficacité des stratégies de gestion des risques et en rendre compte régulièrement;
  • Identifier les tendances dans les données pour informer la direction sur les écarts de performance, les inefficacités et les problèmes clients;
  • Analyser des données volumineuses et formuler des recommandations concrètes pour les améliorations;
  • Identifier les risques et faiblesses dans les opérations commerciales via l’analyse des données;
  • Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour aligner les données sur les objectifs de l’entreprise et améliorer l’expérience client;
  • Participer à des initiatives visant à optimiser l’efficacité, réduire les coûts et améliorer la qualité;
  • Développer des cas d’affaires basés sur les données pour de nouvelles initiatives, avec projections et résultats mesurable;
  • Analyser les campagnes marketing et identifier des opportunités d’optimisation dans le parcours client;
  • Communiquer efficacement les résultats des campagnes, stratégies et initiatives;
  • Soutenir la gestion des effectifs en fournissant des analyses pour optimiser les ressources et maintenir les niveaux de service;
  • Prévoir les tendances pour la planification des ressources et les décisions opérationnelles;
  • Automatiser les processus de reporting pour améliorer l’efficacité et réduire les tâches manuelles;
  • Utiliser des modèles prédictifs pour optimiser l’acquisition, l’engagement et la fidélisation des clients;
  • Exploiter les données pour développer des solutions personnalisées, notamment avec l’intelligence artificielle;
  • Créer des outils pour améliorer l’efficacité des campagnes publicitaires (Paid Media).


Le bagage requis

  • Diplôme en ingénierie logicielle, data science, statistiques, économie ou domaine connexe (baccalauréat ou maîtrise);
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en analyse de données, reporting ou intelligence d’affaires, avec expertise dans l’interprétation de grands ensembles de données;
  • Connaissance des opérations de centres de contact (service client et collections), incluant les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI);
  • Expérience en soutien marketing : analyse des tendances et optimisation des performances des campagnes;
  • Maîtrise des outils d’analyse (SQL, Python) et des plateformes BI (Power BI, Tableau);
  • Familiarité avec l’analyse web (Google Analytics) pour évaluer le trafic et l’engagement des utilisateurs;
  • Solides compétences en gestion de bases de données et création de tableaux de bord;
  • Compétences en analyse statistique (régression, tests d’hypothèses, prévisions) et conception d’expérimentations (tests A/B, tests géographiques);
  • Expérience dans le développement et le suivi de KPI pour évaluer les performances opérationnelles et marketing;
  • Bonne compréhension des métriques de conformité, de risque et d’engagement client;
  • Capacité à collaborer avec différents départements (marketing, produit, data science, opérations);
  • Aptitude à transformer des données complexes en recommandations claires et exploitables;
  • Familiarité avec la modélisation prédictive et les roadmaps expérimentales pour soutenir la croissance.
