Permanent position 40 hours per week - face-to-face Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Develop and organize engineering projects - Build projects according to budgets, deadlines and resources - Coordinate and monitor projects in collaboration with the various stakeholders - Ensure that specs and quality standards are met for each project, and that technical solutions comply with customer needs, standards and requirements. - Interact with customers, focusing on their satisfaction - Support teams at all stages of development, manage meetings and technical reviewsYour professional skills - Priority management and rigor - Leadership and innovative spirit - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes a job well done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. Your profile -At least 5 years' experience in a similar role -Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant field -OIQ member: Ing or CPI title -Bilingual French - English -Experience in the transportation industry -Experience in project management -Proficiency in Office suite and CAD tools, SolidEdge an asset - Salary: $80k - $100k depending on experience - 40h/week position.
