We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Fed Manutech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and organize engineering projects to meet client needs and expectations
  • Build and manage project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure project success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • OIQ membership (Ing or CPI title)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Office suite and CAD tools, SolidEdge an asset

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including full insurance, company RRSP, and other perks.
