About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Fed ManuTech. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and organize engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Build projects according to specifications, deadlines, and resources
  • Coordinate and monitor projects in collaboration with stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and other team members
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and needs are met
  • Support teams at all stages of project development, including meetings and technical reviews

Your Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • OIQ membership, with Ing or CPI title
  • Bilingual French-English
  • Experience with project management software and tools, including Office suite and CAD tools (SolidEdge an asset)
