We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Marketing Specialist/Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will be essential in driving our digital marketing initiatives, focusing on customer acquisition, brand awareness, and engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns across various platforms, especially with Google Ads and AdWords, and possess a strong analytical mindset to help refine strategies based on performance metrics.Key AccountabilitiesStrategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and senior leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.​Digital Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, AdWords, social media, and other digital channels to meet key business objectives.SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and oversee paid search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets, including PPC campaigns, ensuring efficient spend and maximum impact.Ad Copywriting and Creative Development: Write and develop compelling ad copy and creative assets tailored for different digital platforms to drive engagement and conversions.A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on campaigns to enhance ad effectiveness, improve CTR, and maximize ROI.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all digital channels.Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to segment audiences, target relevant customer demographics, and personalize campaigns for maximum impact.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with hands-on experience managing Google Ads/AdWords.Proven experience with SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads/AdWords, and other digital advertising platforms.Proven track record of success in driving measurable results, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.Preferred Skills:Certification in Google Ads or similar digital marketing certifications.Experience with social media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.Experience with copywriting and content creation
Work EnvironmentHybrid work model consisting of 3 days working out of the Etobicoke officeMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.
