If you’re looking for a company that still feels local, where your ideas are heard and your work truly makes an impact, this is it.About the RoleWe are hiring two Residential Property Managers, each overseeing a different portfolio with distinct experience requirementsSouthwest Edmonton PortfolioDowntown (DT) Edmonton PortfolioThis is a full-time, in-office position based out of the Whyte Ave office (free parking included). You will take ownership of your assigned portfolio, manage day-to-day operations, and build strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and onsite teams.Portfolio 1: Southwest EdmontonSalary Range: $70,000 – $80,000This portfolio requires a strong, experienced Property Manager with confidence in budgeting, community engagement, and affordable housing environments.What We’re Looking ForStrong budgeting and financial management experienceProven experience working with affordable housingExperience planning and leading community eventsAbility to manage complex tenant needs and stakeholder relationshipsConfident decision-maker who can operate independentlyUse Yardi to manage property data and reporting (experience is an asset)Portfolio 2: Downtown (DT) EdmontonSalary Range: $65,000 – $70,000This portfolio is ideal for a Property Manager who is operationally strong and eager to grow.
