BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST (Direct Hire)Remote within Quebec, CAN - NO relocation FLUENT FRENCH Required (oral & written) Bilingual: English a plusThe Analyst will work within the Service Delivery team, participating as a professional consultant working closely with external clients. Project types fall into one of three categories:System Implementation: Implementing our flagship Enterprise Process Center (EPC) SystemProcess Automation: Automating one or more processes with our RAD platformManagement Consulting: With a focus in BPM, our large offering of independent consulting services varies from SOP development to Business Process Redesign.Responsibilities:Conduct process discovery, mapping, and modeling to analyze workflow efficiency.Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance process execution.Perform quality audits, testing, and data analysis to track defects and quality metrics.Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and quality standards.Support ERP/CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, data migration, training, and change management.Collaborate with clients to understand needs and ensure expectations are met.Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data for process and quality insights.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in process modeling, process documentation, or BPM3+ years in a client-facing roleExperience with ERP/CRM implementationsFamiliarity with BPM mapping toolsWRITE SQL queries for data analysisPrevious experience working within highly-regulated industries (i.e: Financial Services, Insurance, Aerospace/Aviation, Healthcare, Government, etc...)SALARY: $90k - $110k (CAD)
