This role ensures that the company fosters a positive work environment, aligns HR practices with business objectives, and complies with employment laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Strategy:Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored recruitment plans.Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks.Candidate Sourcing:Identify and engage with potential candidates through proactive sourcing.Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for current and future openings.Screening and Interviewing:Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.Employer Branding:Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and marketing campaigns.Represent the company at job fairs and networking events.Candidate Experience:Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.Onboarding Support:Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.Provide feedback on recruitment metrics to improve processes.Data Management and Reporting:Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
