The Personal Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring seamless support for policy changes and renewals. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, assisting clients with claims processes, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with industry and company standards.QualificationsProficiency in Account Management and Customer Service to effectively understand client needs and exceed expectations.Knowledge of Personal Insurance types and products to accurately assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.Poficency in ARS, EPIC and all company portals. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team environment.Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools is an asset.RIBO (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario) license is required, or the ability to obtain one prior to starting the role.
