Personal Lines Commercial Lines Account Executive

JOB #61876 FULL TIME IN OFFICE - NO HYBRD Toronto - High Park area Personal Lines / Commercial Lines Account Executive This position will provide ongoing support as an Account Executive / CSR role to the Partner and broker team. This position also performs a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Brokerage. Responsibilities Maintains services and grows a designated portion of the Clients book of business. Generates / issues liability slips endorsements new business submissions from existing book review accuracy of renewals re-markets renewals based on pricing processes binders COIs. Reviewing Autoplus MVRs and HITS reports. Preparing financing agreements for annual pay policies. Diligence with respect to commission revenue policy count accounts receivable for client accounts and quality of the books of business. Processing on individual company portals and Broker management system Powerbroker. All other duties as assigned based on CSR responsibilities as need be. Requirements Post-secondary education is an asset. 2 years or more insurance industry experience with extensive Personal experience. CIP CRM or CAIB designation is an asset. Commercial lines experience mandatory. RIBO License is required. Knowledge of Acturis and or Brokerage Management services / Power Broker and tools. Strong customer engagement and service skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid sales attributes / focus. Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities successfully. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compensation Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience inclusive of benefits vacation and pension plan.
