Qualifications :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Montreal. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our software development team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for the software development team.
  • Analyze, document, and refine business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to align software project goals with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver business analysis reports, project documentation, and other essential materials.
  • Assist in the development of marketing material, ensuring that it accurately represents product features and customer benefits.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to optimize software delivery.
  • Serve as the point of contact between the customer and the technical team, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Understand and build KPIs to measure the success of customer engagements, including tracking project milestones, performance metrics, and the status of data processing pipelines.
  • Define the scope of AI software development based on customer needs, including gathering requirements for AI models, ensuring data readiness, and managing expectations around AI deliverables.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software company.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in gathering requirements, writing business requirements documents (BRD), and managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to create marketing materials, presentations, and documentation that effectively convey complex software features.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand business processes and requirements.
  • Ability to understand and build KPIs related to software project success and define the scope of data processing pipelines and AI software development.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
