**IT Business Analyst**

DISTAULO Fruits & Vegetables is looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join our team in Montréal, QC. Are you a motivated, results-oriented IT professional with experience in providing business and information analysis and project management support? If so, consider this opportunity.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in the evaluation process and makes recommendation to the Team Lead and Manager
- Develop detailed project proposals including resource requirements, cost estimates and potential benefits
- Establish comprehensive requirements for new/existing or altered business systems
- Under the direction of the Team Lead, develop presentations, reports, communication materials, briefing materials and other documents

**Experience**:

- 4+ years of working experience in the same role or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of one or more IT solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Have an understanding of project methodology
- Have participated in major IT projects with multidisciplinary teams
- Have an ease in understanding and translating business needs at both the process and technical levels;
- Excellent communication and writing skills;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems reported by users and escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT teams or vendors if necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)

**Salary**: $49,948.44-$74,597.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
