If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for youYOUR ROLEAssist customers in obtaining required parts and accessories: walk-in, telephone or internal inquiriesDeliver exceptional customer serviceKeep abreast of all new products and updates through continuous learningSource and order parts from OE Manufacturer and suppliersPrepare invoices and credit notes for counter sales, and issue parts for work ordersParticipate in inventory cycle counts. assist in maintaining stock and reconcile discrepanciesAccurately document all shipping and receiving of partsMaintain files and update parts related information on a regular basisQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS TRAINING AND EXPERIENCEPrevious Parts Specialist experience is considered an assetAbility to read parts schematics and diagramsComputer experience is an assetExperience in the trailer industry is a benefitREQUIREMENTSAdhere to safety protocols in an industrial settingAbility to work in a collaborative digital environment (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite)SOUGHT-AFTER SKILLS Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingGreat interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work with othersAbility to self-manage time and set priorities while handling multiple responsibilitiesGood organizational skills with strong attention to detailStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsYou may not check every box — and that’s okayWe value motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and improve.
