Our ClientOur client is an independent investment management firm dedicated to helping clients build, preserve, and transfer wealth. The firm provides tailored portfolio management and wealth planning services grounded in integrity, transparency, and long-term relationships.The RoleThe Senior Client Service Associate will assists with managing client relationships, including ongoing client contact and communications.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support client relationships through proactive communication and service.Prepare account documentation and coordinate with custodians to ensure accurate account setup and transfers.Maintain client information in CRM and portfolio systems, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and liaise with custodians and external partners as needed.Draft client correspondence, meeting notes, and investment review materials.Reconcile daily transactions and address account or cash discrepancies.Assist with wealth planning activities, including estate administration, registered accounts, and tax reporting.Identify opportunities for process improvements while upholding a client-focused approachThe CandidateUndergraduate degree or equivalent; progress toward CIM or CFP designation considered an asset.5+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within wealth or investment management.Strong knowledge of investment administration, compliance, and wealth planning.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with custodial platforms preferred.Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player.#LI1352
