Our services help our clients make better investment choices and generate wealth for their customers and beneficiaries.Who We Are Looking ForUnder the direction of the Manager, responsible for the day-to-day servicing of client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Works with internal teams to coordinate services for fund/product start-up, conversions, restructures, and interacts with Accounting Operations and global COEs for overall service delivery. May have responsibility to audit and coordinate the daily work of others.What You Will Be Responsible ForRespond promptly to inquiries from external and internal clients.Perform daily operations including account administration, online support, reporting, data collection for risk/compliance, and coordinating with operational teams.Assist with account openings, billing setup, tax documentation, market updates, security registration, system access, and FAR setup.Ensure timely and accurate production of client reports and data collection for compliance.Monitor and review the work of Client Operations Associates and provide training to new staff.Identify and escalate suspicious transaction activity as per policy.Other duties as assigned.Education and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.2+ years of custody and/or fund accounting experience preferred.Knowledge of securities markets, legal and regulatory requirements.Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheets.Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines and work as part of a team.About State StreetState Street is a leading custodian bank, asset manager, and financial services provider.
