The Enrollment Consultant - Bilingual French/English, is responsible for engaging and enrolling candidates into their RightManagement service benefit program by providing a ‘best in class’ customer service and experience in and outbound and inbound call center environment.Efficient and effective enrollment directly correlates to total utilization of programs and overall take up, which directly impacts Right Management profitability and revenue.This position is project-based and hours will vary based upon the business needs and volume, not to exceed 28 hours a week.AccountabilitiesResults & StrategyThe Enrollment Consultant must successfully contact candidates via various methods in order to enroll them in the Right Management program identified for them. The Enrollment Consultant must assess and determine special needs or issues influencing the engagement decision, explaining the nature of our service offerings, assisting in mode of service preference and selection, and offer accelerated or conventional start scenarios resulting in service initiation.Data integrity and maintaining accurate records in various systems is also required.Client & CandidateProvide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients to ensure that they utilize the programs that have been selected for them and are successful in initiated the programs.Thought LeadershipLead with guiding values of ManpowerGroup and ensure that relevant industry knowledge is provided to candidatesQualificationsExperienceRequired● Industry: Call center or heavy phone experience preferred.● Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience● Language: Fluency in English and French required● Technology: Competency in MS office products, ability to multitask and a high level of data integrity● Experience: excellent customer service skillsNice to Have● Experience: previous experience in a similar roleThe pay for this role is between $21-22 hourly. This is a part-time only role. No transition to full time is available. Must be available to work between 10:00am-7:00pm ET.
