Direct message the job poster from Right Management Enrollment Consultant – French speaking The Enrollment Consultant is responsible for engaging and enrolling candidates into the Right Management service benefit program by providing a ‘best in class’ customer service and experience in an outbound and inbound call center environment. Efficient and effective enrollment directly correlates to total utilization of programs and overall take up, which directly impacts Right Management profitability and revenue. This position is project-based and hours will vary based upon the business needs and volume, not to exceed 28 hours a week. Accountabilities Results & Strategy The Enrollment Consultant must successfully contact candidates via various methods in order to enroll them in the Right Management program identified for them. They must assess and determine special needs or issues influencing the engagement decision, explain the nature of our service offerings, assist in mode of service preference and selection, and offer accelerated or conventional start scenarios resulting in service initiation. Data integrity and maintaining accurate records in various systems is also required. Client & Candidate Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients to ensure that they utilize the programs that have been selected for them and are successful in initiating the programs. Thought Leadership Lead with guiding values of ManpowerGroup and ensure that relevant industry knowledge is provided to candidates. Qualifications Experience Required Industry: Call center or heavy phone experience preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Language: Fluency in French required. Technology: Competency in MS Office products, ability to multitask, and a high level of data integrity. Nice to Have Experience: previous experience in a similar role The pay for this role is between $21-22 hourly. This is a part-time only role. No transition to full time is available. Must be available to work between 10:00am-7:00pm ET. Must have a computer with Windows 11 and a headset.
