Reporting to the Managing Director - Canada, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales Consultants and the North America Bid & Proposal team to evaluate opportunities, gather key information, and deliver high-quality proposals. We’re KOMPAN - let’s playWhat You’ll DoOwn and manage the full proposal and bid process by:Coordinating with Sales Consultants to gather key details and manage timelines for accurate, on-time submissionsCollaborating with the North American Bid & Proposal team to ensure best practices across regionsCustomizing, editing, and assembling proposal documents using up-to-date templates and company contentOrganizing and maintaining a centralized library of project materials, case studies, credentials, and templatesTracking all bid submissions and outcomes, following up with Sales on results and lessons learnedSupport cross-functional info gathering and collaboration by:Acting as the point person to connect Sales, Project, and Technical teams for input and approvalsProactively troubleshooting gaps, chasing down needed details, and ensuring everything is submission-readyStepping in for project coordination or data collection as neededProvide light support for marketing and communications by:Occasionally editing and optimizing proposal content for local social media posts, website updates, and win announcementsAssisting with the collection of site photos and testimonials to strengthen proposals and marketing materialsLeveraging digital tools (including generative AI like ChatGPT) to speed up editing, research, or basic content creationThis is a hybrid position, working 3 days a week from our Kitchener office location.What You’ll NeedStrong project coordination skills—you love managing moving pieces, timelines, and details1+ year experience supporting bids, proposals, or other document-heavy processes (or, show us you’re a natural at organizing and juggling deadlines)Solid writing and editing chops—quick with templates, sharp with details, clear and professional in toneExperienced in using Microsoft Office and familiar with digital or AI-based content toolsSuper-organized and proactive—you spot gaps, chase info, and keep things running smoothlyTeam player—excellent communicator and able to get what’s needed from different functionsPositive attitude and comfort thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentGraphic design and/or desktop publishing skills are a bonusPerks and BenefitsFlexible Health and Wellness spending accountRRSP with company match, helping you invest in your futurePaid vacation, sick days, and a robust holiday scheduleHome office setup—laptop, docking station, monitors, and moreMileage reimbursement for travelOngoing professional development and trainingCommitment to equity, diversity, accessibility, and providing workplace accommodations as neededKOMPAN is committed to providing a barrier-free work environment in concert with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
