Experience DesignerOur client is a software consulting company looking to hire an Experience Designer on their team. This is a contract opportunity (6-months to start).Responsibilities:Create engaging, high-quality user and learning experiences for their client ranging across various technical and compliance topicsCollaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to define learning objectives, identify content requirements, and ensure content accuracyRequirements:Expertise in both UX/UI and back-end coding (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)Past experience with instructional design and storyboarding within the Articulate tools, specifically Storyline and RISESelf-motivated and naturally curiousPortfolio of design work (preference for Articulate)Experience with content creation - including multimedia elements like videos, audio, graphics, and animationsExperience with technology integration - Fluent in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems (LMS)Ability to work 1-2 hours a week in time zones aligned with China and California.Please note that candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. AI-assisted tools are used as part of the application review process.
