We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Process Specialist to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies, supporting our business growth and enhancing the client experience. This role will focus on creating compelling marketing collateral, managing brand consistency, and optimizing processes related to marketing initiatives. The Marketing Process Specialist will also be involved in leveraging software tools to enhance marketing efforts and streamline communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Management:
  • Develop and manage digital marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals to support new business and client engagement efforts.
  • Ensure the company's brand is portrayed consistently across all materials, in line with company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to build brand awareness in the community through digital campaigns, partnerships, and events.
  • Support the coordination and execution of community events to enhance company visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation & Communication:
  • Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for use by the New Business Team.
  • Collaborate with Director of Personal Lines and other departments to ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s value proposition and objectives.
  • Produce internal and external communications related to process improvements, using EPIC Process Automation and other software tools to optimize messaging.
  • Process Optimization & Software Implementation:
  • Lead the implementation of marketing automation tools, including EPIC Process Automation, to streamline workflows and enhance client communications.
  • Leverage technology to improve content creation efficiency and enhance digital marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with IT and operational teams to ensure that marketing-related software and tools are up-to-date and fully integrated into the company’s processes.
  • Project Coordination & Reporting:
  • Assist with the tracking and reporting of marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights to enhance performance.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to report on the status of marketing projects, including community outreach efforts, brand initiatives, and campaign performance.
  • Assist in monitoring the success of brand awareness and engagement strategies, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Sales Enablement Support:
  • Partner with the sales team to support the development and distribution of marketing content needed for prospect/client meetings.
  • Help track the prospect pipeline and provide administrative support to ensure that all marketing and sales initiatives are aligned.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Personal Lines on business development strategies for the Personal Lines department.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Insurance marketing or a related role, with a focus on process optimization.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an asset.
  • Strong skills in creating presentations and marketing collateral using PowerPoint, Word, and other digital tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing automation tools and software, including EPIC Process Automation and supporting systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • University degree or College diploma in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • PMP considered an asset
