Account Manager – Commercial Lines (Transportation Focus)Are you driven to deliver exceptional client service and thrive in a fast-paced insurance environment? My client is looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to join their team, specializing in the Transportation sector. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting their growth by ensuring clients receive top-tier service every day.Location: Hamilton (Hybrid, 3 days in the office after training)Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day servicing of your client portfolioPrepare Certificates of Insurance and policy documents, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellationsProcess MVRs, driver abstracts, CVOR checks, and related documentationAssist in preparing binders, form letters, and other client communicationsHandle invoices and maintain accurate client recordsReview clients’ coverage, exposures, and loss experience to identify risk management needsSupport Customer Service Brokers or Producers with inquiries or urgent requestsMaintain strong knowledge of client needs and ensure excellent communication with clients, carriers, and colleaguesPromptly address questions or concerns regarding policies, coverage, and premiumsQualifications:Minimum 1-year experience in Commercial Lines, either with a brokerage or insurance company preferredActive R.I.B.O licensePost-secondary education in a relevant field (college or university)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and results-drivenSelf-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team playerProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelIf you’re ready to grow your career and make an impact in a dynamic team environment, we’d love to hear from you
