OverviewWe are seeking a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to join a team specializing in the Transportation sector. The role supports growth by ensuring clients receive top-tier service in a fast-paced insurance environment. Location: Hamilton (Hybrid, 3 days in the office after training).ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day servicing of your client portfolioPrepare Certificates of Insurance and policy documents, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellationsProcess MVRs, driver abstracts, CVOR checks, and related documentationAssist in preparing binders, form letters, and other client communicationsHandle invoices and maintain accurate client recordsReview clients’ coverage, exposures, and loss experience to identify risk management needsSupport Customer Service Brokers or Producers with inquiries or urgent requestsMaintain strong knowledge of client needs and ensure excellent communication with clients, carriers, and colleaguesPromptly address questions or concerns regarding policies, coverage, and premiumsQualificationsMinimum 1-year experience in Commercial Lines, either with a brokerage or insurance company preferredActive RIBO licensePost-secondary education in a relevant field (college or university)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skillsDetail-oriented, organized, and results-drivenSelf-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team playerProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionCustomer ServiceIndustriesInsurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
