This position does not require a live on site arrangement. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of managing the property and must demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with relevant residential/property management experience and valid licensing in BC. Why Join Us?Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision and EAPCompany Pension PlanCareer growth opportunities within an expanding companyProfessional development support through T & D ProgramA dynamic, team-oriented culture with strong leadership supportResponsibilities  Manage all leasing activity including inquiries, showings, applications, approvals, and lease executionCoordinate and execute move-ins and move-outsConduct suite inspections before and after tenancyDeliver high-level customer service to residents and prospectsHandle resident concerns professionally and efficientlyCollect rent and follow up on arrearsEnsure accurate tenant records and lease documentationMaintain a clean, professional, and organized on-site officeOversee overall property maintenanceWork closely with the maintenance team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and professional mannerTrack preventative and reactive maintenanceCoordinate and manage cleaning staff and vendor servicesEnsure the property's curb appeal is consistently maintainedMaintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of amenity spaces, common areas, and exterior groundsConduct monthly property inspectionsConduct annual comprehensive inspectionsEnsure compliance with building standards, safety requirements, and internal policies Skills and Experience                 Minimum two (2) years of experience in a residential property management roleProven experience in tenant relations, leasing activity, building operations, and managing vendors and on-site staffStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and discretionStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to manage staff, vendors, and multiple priorities effectivelyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency with property management software (an asset)Active Property Manager’s License in BC, or successful completion of the Rental Property Management Course through the BC Financial Services Authority within the past two (2) yearsMust remain in good standing with all licensing requirements throughout employment Ironclad Properties Inc. is an equal opportunity employer; we are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace for all.
