Their integrated approach allows team members to be involved in every stage of the development cycle, making it a unique opportunity to grow and learn in a hands-on environment.About this role:The Construction & Development Manager will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to every stage of the development cycle - from land acquisition and municipal approvals to construction and project delivery.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to creating meaningful, community-focused projects across the Lower Mainland. You’ll have the opportunity to learn directly from experienced developers and builders, work alongside a tight-knit entrepreneurial team, and play a key role in shaping impactful communities, with ample room for growth as the company continues to evolve.Key responsibilities for this role span the full development lifecycle, including supporting site acquisition, navigating development approvals, coordinating consultants, and contributing to proforma and financial analysis. The position also plays a key role in sales and marketing initiatives, overseeing construction activities, and driving innovation through AI implementation to enhance efficiency and decision-making.About the candidate:The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in real estate development, planning, construction, or engineering. They are motivated, detail-oriented, and bring a strong foundation through post-secondary education in real estate, urban planning, architecture, business, or a related field.With excellent organizational and communication skills, they are comfortable using Excel, Microsoft Office, and project management tools to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They should be a self-starter with a genuine interest in learning all aspects of the development process and a desire to thrive in a collaborative setting. Familiarity with municipal approvals and development timelines in Metro Vancouver will be considered a strong asset.Compensation & Benefits:This role comes with a compensation range of CAD $100,000-110,000, along with performance-based bonus, extended health & dental benefits, 2 weeks of paid vacation, sick leave and the ability to learn from and shadow an impressive leadership team.
