Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care and services to our patients at Woodside Health and Wellness.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a patient-focused, compassionate, honest, and caring Nurse Practitioner who enjoys a team approach, educating patients, and is committed to the health and wellness of our patients.
About the Role:
This is a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner position available in our Private Outpatient Family Medicine Practice. We treat adult patients in our office and offer a friendly and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care and services to patients
- Work collaboratively with our team to educate patients and promote health and wellness
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct routine check-ups and provide preventative care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
- Current or eligible for Registered Nurse Practitioner License with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
- Previous NP experience in Family Medicine is preferred but not required
- New Grads are welcomed, and we will train you
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: $45-$60 per hour
