Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Edmonton Alberta
Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and caring Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care and services to our patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and education, while working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to adult patients in our outpatient family medicine practice.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
- Current or eligible for Registered Nurse Practitioner License with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA).
- Previous NP experience in Family Medicine is preferred but not required.
- New Grads are welcomed and will be trained.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vacation, PTO, 401K plan, and more. Our compensation is $45-$60 per hour, with full benefits.
