Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Primary Care Edmonton, Alberta

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Woodside Health and Wellness in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive care and services to our patients, working in a private outpatient family medicine practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and services in a team-based approach
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and treat patients
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • Current or eligible for Registered Nurse Practitioner License with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA)
  • Previous NP experience in Family Medicine is preferred but not required
  • New Grads are welcomed, we will train you
