The Role of the Client Solutions SpecialistThe Client Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in building trust with clients through a strategic approach to providing consistent and reliable service experiences. This involves operational excellence, discipline, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate training for new and existing staff via classroom and virtual sessions.
- Support newly trained and existing administrators to improve overall quality and adherence to best practices.
- Identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training sessions when required.
- Answer questions received through the team's question and answer forum.
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities.
- Identify trends and areas of opportunity for improvement to inform coaching, training, and content development.
- Communicate effectively with administrators regarding procedures and updates.
- Assist with the quality control process for new hires or newly trained individuals.
- Develop and maintain content (job aids, FAQs, etc.) for the area of expertise.
- Manage issues and escalations related to client requests.
- Training and Development: knowledge and experience with facilitation, application of adult learning principles, and knowledge of different learning styles.
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial industry operations environment.
- Detail-oriented, strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and effective organizational skills.
- Collaboration and coordination skills.
- Passion for learning and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Successful completion of the CSC and/or Operations course (IFIC) would be an asset.
