Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tailor-Made Financial Planning Advice: Utilize our unparalleled array of investment and portfolio solutions to provide tailored advice and solutions to our clients.
  • Acquire and Consolidate Clients: Acquire and consolidate existing and new-to-RBC clients and assets to drive business growth.
  • Connect Clients with RBC Team Members: Connect clients with the right RBC team members to help continuously meet their needs.
  • Develop External Business Referral Sources: Develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and your centres of influence.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Financial Planning Designation: Hold a Financial Planning Designation (IPF) or be in the process of completion.
  • Mutual Funds License: Possess a Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC).
  • Minimum 2 Years' Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in financial planning.
  • Proven Networking and Client Acquisition Skills: Demonstrate proven networking and client acquisition skills.
  • Ability to Cultivate Strong Partner Relationships: Be able to cultivate strong partner relationships.
