Lead Technology Projects with Confidence

In the Commercial IT Delivery team at National Bank, you'll oversee the successful delivery of large-scale technology projects, leveraging your exceptional leadership skills and expertise in Agile methodology.

Your Role:
  • Create a motivating environment to drive project success and manage resources efficiently.
  • Continuously optimize project resource utilization to achieve sector objectives.
  • Diagnostics complex problems, implement solutions, and identify/ manage inherent project risks.
  • Produce regular reports to track project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment among IT and business teams on interdependent project aspects.
  • Promote change, uphold company values, and foster open communication with internal/external stakeholders.
About Your Team:

The IT team boasts over 2,300 collaborative experts using cutting-edge technology and agile approaches. As part of the Commercial IT sector, you'll join a large team of around 150 colleagues, reporting directly to the Delivery Manager.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 7 years of project management experience, specifically leading large-scale projects in large companies.
  • Experience in leading workshops and coaching.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
Languages:

English and French are required for frequent discussions with service providers/partners who may speak different languages.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
