Job Title: Lead Software Engineer Test

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer Test to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement testing strategies and tools to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools.
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our approach remains innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and testing, with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Proven experience with languages such as Python, Java, or TypeScript.
  • Extensive experience working with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.
  • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
