Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret complex customer requirements and create accurate quotations packages using applicable software.
  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms with vendors and customers to ensure optimal order fill rates and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop comprehensive product and product application knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Profit Centre Team as an expert in project and product information.
  • Communicate effectively with the Profit Centre Team to ensure customer expectations are met.
Requirements
  • College and/or University degree.
  • A minimum of 1 year of related experience – contractor sales preferred.
