About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Long Term Care Assistant at Shannex Incorporated. As a member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one time with residents to offer companionship, conversation, and support
  • Answer call bells and redirect residents as needed
  • Support residents in recreation programming and activities
  • Assist residents with eating under the direction of nursing staff
  • Perform light housekeeping duties for residents, including bed making and linen delivery
About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. If you have a post-secondary education, valid CPR/First Aid training, and experience working in a healthcare environment, we encourage you to apply.
