About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Long Term Care Assistant to join our team at Orchard Court in Kentville, Nova Scotia.

As a Long Term Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one time with residents to engage in meaningful conversations and activities
  • Assisting residents with daily tasks, such as eating and personal care
  • Supporting residents in recreation programming and activities
  • Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting any concerns to nursing staff
  • Participating in employee screening and temperature checks
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for residents

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.47, comprehensive health and dental benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
