Executive Leader for Administrative and Financial Operations

The Government of Canada - Central seeks a seasoned Administrative and Financial Director to oversee the strategic direction and financial management of our organization. This critical role requires exceptional leadership, vision, and expertise in administrative and financial matters.
About the RoleThis is a pivotal position that demands a high level of integrity, professionalism, and analytical skills. As an Executive Leader for Administrative and Financial Operations, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial controls, formulating policies, and coordinating departmental activities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive growth and efficiency
- Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Co-ordinate regional, divisional, or departmental activities to achieve organizational objectives
- Establish and maintain effective financial and administrative controls
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, finance)
- 5+ years of experience in administrative and financial leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Highly collaborative team-oriented culture

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to a retirement savings plan.
