Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of group benefits administration, including request to quote documents, renewal documents, and processing new sales.
Key Responsibilities
- All Request to Quote documents: gathering requirements, sending to carrier partners, and following up on quotes.
- Renewal documents: completing, preparing, and distributing to advisors and carriers.
- New sales processing: tracking group sales, inputting data into WealthServ, and following up with advisors and carriers.
- CRM data entry: maintaining accurate records of client interactions and correspondence.
- Facilitating client changes and completion of service needs: resolving client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintenance of carrier, advisor, and carrier email correspondence: ensuring that all necessary documentation is maintained and risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- Assistance with Marketing team initiatives: supporting marketing efforts to promote our services and products to advisors and clients.
Requirements
- Experience in group benefits administration is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written.
- Relationship-building skills: ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Microsoft Excel skills: proficiency in using Excel for data analysis and record-keeping.
- Professionalism and respectful conduct: maintaining a professional demeanor and treating others with respect in the workplace.
- English language proficiency: ability to communicate effectively with customers, advisors, or employees across Canada.
