Location: In person - Burnaby, BC
TruStone is looking to hire a Group Administrator to join our Financial Group Benefits and Group Retirement team
Reporting to the Vice President of the Group Division and in collaboration with the TruStone Admin team, the administrator will play a pivotal role in the division's strategy and vision to deliver a service excellence experience for TruStone Financial advisors and their group clients in both benefit plans and group retirement plans.

What you'll be working on
- All Request to Quote documents (gathering the necessary requirements needed to send to our carrier partners)
- Renewal document completion and preparation, proposal documents to white label for advisor using our approved template, and market survey documents with preparation and execution to selected carrier partners
- New sales processing, and tracking group sales and input to WealthServ for reporting
- Processing of group transfers and terminations
- CRM data entry
- Facilitating client changes and completion of service needs
- Maintaining all necessary carrier, advisor and carrier email correspondence for documentation purposes and risk mitigation
- Assist with Marketing team initiatives
What we're looking for you to have
- 1+ Years preferred with experience in administration of Group Benefit/Group RSP plans an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Professionalism and respectful conduct in the workplace
