Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2612721 ONTARIO INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that our customers receive high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that our staff are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of staff.
