Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At CANADA GOLDEN FOOD INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus, recipes, and food presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
